The GET programme provides the perfect springboard for all young and aspiring engineers from some of the finest engineering institutes to observe, learn and achieve their objective of excelling in any of the departments depending on where they are working. Primarily, the three main areas of allocation comprise of Plant Operations (Manufacturing), Sales & Service and Engineering Research Centre (ERC).
The PGET programme focuses on hiring post-graduates from top institutes primarily for the Engineering Research Centre (ERC). Alternately, they may also be hired for manufacturing operations depending on specific business requirements.
We recruit post-graduates from specific design institutes to fulfil our requirements in the design function within ERC.
Tata Motors MT programme focuses on hiring management graduates from India's premier business schools. From day one, you will contribute to the overall business output and interact with senior leaders within Tata Motors. In return, we will help you drive your own career and grow into larger roles within the business, acquiring new skills and competencies along the way.
The PGST programme is a one-of-a-kind programme to develop sales managers. The management graduates join us as fresh and raring-to-go sales managers ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
CA Trainee Programme
The main focus of the CA Trainee Programme is to provide bright young chartered accountants a sound platform to kick-start an exciting career in the Finance function. Various departments in corporate offices and plants such as Treasury, Business Planning, Taxation, Audit etc., are always scouting for sharp minds to work on challenging projects. The CA placement process conducted across various chapters of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) provides the right opportunity for us to meet our business requirements.
Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Programme
The DET Programme targets young engineering diploma aspirants from polytechnic institutes across India. A structured apprenticeship programme ensures the DET selects are groomed well to take on bigger engineering challenges once they are confirmed.

The MindRover case study challenge for B –Schools & T –Schools is a unique case study competition that presents real time business challenges and asks students to ideate and come up with solutions for the same.
