Mr. Karl Slym joined Tata Motors as the Managing Director in 2012. He leads all operations of Tata Motors in India and international markets.

Before joining Tata Motors, Mr Slym was the Executive Vice President & Board Member, SGMW Motors, China (a General Motors Joint Venture), prior to which he was President, Managing Director and Board Member of General Motors in India. For over two decades, Mr. Slym has been with Toyota and General Motors in various positions across geographies.

Mr. Slym is an alumnus of Stanford University and a Sloan Fellow.

Mr. Ravindra Pisharody is the Executive Director - Commercial Vehicles Business Unit and has been with Tata Motors since 2007. He is also a member on the board of Tata International Ltd., Tata Motors Finance Ltd., Tata Hispano, Tata Motors Thailand Ltd., and is also the Chairman of Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles, South Korea

Before joining Tata Motors, he worked with Castrol Ltd, a subsidiary of BP, and with Philips India, a subsidiary of the Dutch company in various roles.

Mr. Pisharody is an alumnus of IIT, Kharagpur and IIM, Kolkata.

Mr. Satish Borwankar started his career with Tata Motors in 1974, as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and currently is the Executive Director - Quality.

He has worked in various executive positions, for overseeing and implementing product development, manufacturing operations and quality control initiatives of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit. He has played a significant role in setting up greenfield projects of the company.

Mr. Borwankar is an alumnus of IIT, Kanpur.

Mr. C. Ramakrishnan started his career with Tata Motors in 1980. As CFO, he is responsible for Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Business Planning, Investor Relations, Treasury, CRM & DMS and IT.

Before becoming CFO of Tata Motors, Mr. Ramakrishnan was with the Tata Sons - Chairman's Office for 7 years.

He is on the Board of several Tata Companies including Tata Technologies Ltd., Tata Cummins Ltd., Tata Services Ltd., Tata Motors Finance Ltd., Tata Marcopolo Motors Ltd., Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited, TML Distribution Company Ltd., Jaguar Land Lover India Ltd., Tata Hispano Motors Carrocera, S.A., Spain, Tata Motors Thailand Ltd., Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle Co. Ltd., South Korea, Tata Motors (SA) (Proprietary) Ltd.

Mr. Ramakrishnan is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.

Dr. Tim Leverton joined Tata Motors in 2010 as President and Head of the Advanced and Product Engineering Division. He is responsible for the global R&D of the company.

In a career spanning over three decades in the world automotive industry, specializing in product development, he has been involved in the engineering, design and development of a wide range of vehicles and components - from the smallest car to the largest truck, as well as construction equipment.

He has held a number of senior management positions with the Rover Group and Land Rover, BMW Group as Chief Engineer for the 2003 Rolls Royce Phantom, and JCB as Group Engineering Director.

Dr. Leverton holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Aston University, an MBA and Engineering Doctorate from UK Warwick University and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.

Mr. Ranjit Yadav joined Tata Motors in 2012 as the President - Passenger Vehicles Business Unit. He brings with him professional expertise spread over a career span of over two decades in the sales, marketing and product development domain with several multinationals in India and abroad.

His rich experience flows from an eclectic mix of industries, viz. Consumer products, electronics, information technology and services. Prior to joining Tata Motors, he has held management positions at Samsung India Electronics, Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific, Philips India Ltd., Computer Point India Ltd. and Ponds India (Unilever Subsidiary).

Mr Yadav is an alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi and IIM, Bangalore.

Mr. Prabir Jha joined Tata Motors in 2010 as the Chief Human Resources Officer and he heads Human Resources, Employee Relations, Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility, Safety, Health & Environment portfolios for the company. He brings with him rich experience in all areas of HR, with special interest in change management, organization design, global HR strategy, employer branding and leadership capability development.

He was selected in the prestigious Civil Services and began his career as a bureaucrat who handled the entire gamut of HR & IR issues of the Indian Ordnance Factories. On his switch to the private sector, he has worked in senior global management positions for Thermax, TechMahindra, and Dr. Reddy's.

Mr. Jha is an accomplished thought-leader, sought-after speaker, executive coach and a visiting faculty at various business schools and top management training institutes.

He is an alumnus of St. Stephens, Delhi and XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Mr. Venkatram Mamillapalle joined Tata Motors in 2013 as the Head - Purchasing & Supply Chain. He has rich experience in procurement, materials management, supply chain management, vendor development, logistics and supplier manufacturing design.

Prior to joining Tata Motors, Mr Mamillapalle has worked with General Motors, Lombardini India Pvt. Limited, Delphi Automotive Systems and Eicher Tractors.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamraj University.
