Tata Motors (SA) Proprietary Limited (TMSA), a joint venture company was incorporated in the year 2007-08 in which the Company holds 60% with the balance 40% being held by the Tata Africa Holdings (SA) (Pte.) Limited. TMSA has been formed for manufacturing and assembly operations of the Company's Light and Heavy Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars in South Africa. TMSA is yet to start operations. |
