Concorde Motors (India) Limited (CMIL), a 100% subsidiary of the Company engaged in sales and service of Tata and FIAT passenger cars recorded a turnover of Rs.580.90 Crores (Previous year : Rs.625.20 Crores) and Profit After Tax of Rs.3.71 Crores (Previous year: Rs.5.33 Crores). CMIL has declared a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share for the FY 2008-09 (previous year Rs. 2.50 per share) and Rs. 7/- per share for the FY 2008-09 on the 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares.
