In the inaugural Total Customer Satisfaction Study of NFO Automotive, the Tata Indica stood out as the best diesel car in the small car segment.

The survey was based on responses from over 5000 new car owners during the first 3 years of vehicle ownership. The analysis focused on the performance of over 30 new car models in the key areas of sales satisfaction, product quality, vehicle performance and design, after sales service, brand image and cost of ownership.
