Tata Motors, CVBU Pune has won the "Second Prize" in "Automobile Sector" , amongst 10 competing Automobile industries, in the National Energy Conservation Award - 2003 competition held by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).

Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE ) of Ministry of Power, Govt.of India, New Delhi organises a National Level competition in Energy Conservation for different industrial sectors like Automobile, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steel, Cement, Paper & Pulp etc. every year.

Mr.M.B.Kulkarni & Mr.Gole G.R received the prestigious award from the Hon'ble Minister of Power, Shri.Anant G. Geete on 14th Dec. 2003, on the occasion of National Energy Conservation Day.

Tata Motors, Jamshedpur was awarded a certificate of merit.
