The Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry selected Tata Engineering for the Good Corporate Citizen Award, 1999-2000, for the company’s role in community development in and around its Works at Pune and Jamshedpur.

The award was accepted by Mr R Gopalakrishnan, Executive Director, Tata Sons, on behalf of Tata Engineering.
