Known for technological innovations, safety and passenger comfort, our vehicles have helped us carve a place for ourselves amongst the forerunners of the industry. We have answered the needs of the Indian customers across various segments with products that are among the best. To further our recognition, we have realised the need to tap into the exceedingly talented pool of engineers and business managers. A perfect synergy between the institution and the industry would put into play a talent-rich organisation at every level through joint research, discussions and a knowledge exchange while providing career-oriented courses to students. To achieve this, we partnered with Indian Institute of Technology (B.H.U.), Varanasi and Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune which will ultimately result in the development of future-ready cars.
Partnership with IIT BHU
Our multi-dimensional tie-up with IIT BHU over the course of 5 years is slated to have mutual benefits of which, joint R&D projects will lead to the development of new technologies. Against the background of a rapid shift towards Digital, Analytics, AI, AR, VR etc., we will realise the demand for cars that are more digital and futuristic. Our plans for the development of driverless vehicles is an example to cite. To make such automobiles a reality, we will need an innovative taskforce that understands the changing technologies and market conditions. Thus, this unique collaborative program will serve as joint research in this area, fueling our future products, while simultaneously providing a learning platform for students.
Collaboration with Symbiosis International University
Driven by technology and social media, the business landscape is dynamic and changing. To maintain our competitive edge, we will require a set of young, flexible minds coupled with managerial talent. A strategic partnership with Symbiosis International over the span of 6 years is envisioned as a mutually rewarding move that will help us broaden the learning horizons of our business managers and enhance the existing quality of knowledge that is imparted to students. With real-time applications, the students will be capable of adding value to any project.
These partnerships will boost the 'Make-in-India' initiative as we dig for indigenous potential. The courses that we are to offer will ensure that leaders from both academia and industry hone their expertise, thus making our organisation future-ready. We are gearing up to roll-out more such collaborative tie-ups with other academia to produce technology-rich products.
