Giving our customers a superlative purchase experience is at the forefront of Tata Motors' endeavours. While we have the most extensive commercial vehicle network, the truth is, our customer rarely gets to view our entire range of offerings, let alone experience them first-hand. The sheer size of the Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicles (M&HCV) makes it difficult for our dealers to stock more than a few marquee models at their premises, at any given time. Sure, customers keep themselves informed via product websites & brochures, and even visit the biennial International Auto Expos & city-centric trade exhibitions. But these formats still limit one's exposure to the entire spectrum of our offerings.
What we wanted was a way to engage more purposefully with our customers, while simultaneously allowing them to experience the expanse of our product line-up and explore the latest technological advancements in our vehicles. Enter TRUCK WORLD - our Advanced Trucking Expo.
The first-of-its-kind purchase experience for Commercial Vehicle customers, TRUCK WORLD is a 2- to 3-day trucking extravaganza that brings together customers, drivers and their families, financiers, service/spare-parts dealers, partners, media and even trucking enthusiasts.
Having enthralled close to 45,000+ visitors since its inception in 2014, TRUCK WORLD has been successfully touring across India - Gurgaon, Vijayawada, Salem, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Gandhidham, Hubli, Indore & Jaipur to name a few. The most recently held TRUCK WORLD in Chandigarh, featured 30 vehicles from our M&HCV range, 14 new trucking technologies, and 8 service offerings.
