Tata Motors has entered into a long-term partnership with Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune through an MoU, to develop talent at multiple levels in the organization and help provide avenues for collaborative research, content development and knowledge exchange between industry and academia. The MoU has been signed for 6 years in the presence of Mr. Gajendra Chandel, Chief Human Resource Officer, Tata Motors and Dr.S.B.Mujumdar, the Chancellor;  Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, the Pro Chancellor; Dr.M.S.Shejul, the Registrar; and Dr.Seema Singh, Director, SCCE of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

In order to help employees to strengthen their managerial capabilities to be future-ready, an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (EPGDBM) for the employees of Tata Motors is the first step taken by both entities in this long-term partnership. Sponsored by Tata Motors, this program will provide an opportunity to Tata Motors’ employees to upgrade their knowledge and business acumen while still being at work.
